Actual Challenges of Usage Psychoanalytic Coaching in Russia

The purpose of this graduate qualification work is to study the problems of coaching in Russia, their measurement and possible methods of solving them. Objectives of the work: to study the main aspects of coaching, its principles and methods; to investigate the problems of standardization and regulation in the field of coaching, their impact on the quality of services and competence of coaches; to identify the ethical side of coaching; to determine violations of ethical rules when working with clients; to study the availability of supervision and feedback for coaches; to determine methods for working with the listed problems; to present models of quality evaluation of coaches. The paper presents practical approaches to solving problems in coaching. The importance of supervision for the growth of the coaching experience, the importance The issue of public and professional regulation of coaching is also discussed. The paper contains an analytical part devoted to measuring the effectiveness of coaching. It considers methods of measuring goal achievement: the Kirkpatrick model and the ROE method.
