Appendix As the main subject of research in my graduate qualification work, I consider application of methods of mathematical modeling at management of alcoholic production purchase in the conditions of uncertainty. The main goal of any company today is to remain competitive and profitable. Thus, absolutely every company faces the question of organizing the supply chain to minimize costs and maximize potential profits. Based on the previous fact, predicting the optimal purchase size becomes a relevant problem. The purpose of my paper is to explore the application of mathematical modeling techniques in purchasing management under uncertainty to try to create the closest possible purchasing forecast. The closest procurement forecast will help to minimize the company's financial losses. However, no company activity occurs without encountering unexpected complexities and various nuances. The solution of issues arising in conditions of uncertainty is the component of the company's work that causes the most difficulties. It is characteristic for the work of absolutely any enterprise, irrespective of the size of the staff, staff qualifications, the adjustment of work in normal conditions. Key words: logistics; methods of mathematical modeling; procurement; inventory management; insurance stock; efficiency; forecasting under uncertainty;
