Supervision in coaching is still at an early stage of development and an adequate demand for professional support is not well formed in business coaching. This master's thesis describes approaches to supervision, its goals, objectives, differences from other methods, key functions for training, support, and quality assurance of coaching, which are necessary for applying business coaches in corporate practice. Focusing on the psychodynamic approach, the theoretical part describes the most significant targets and focuses of supervision, such as transference, countertransference, parallel processes, resistance. The paper emphasizes the importance of their awareness and understanding by the coach, including taking into account systemic psychodynamic processes in organizations. The author analyzed the current conditions for the implementation of supervision in the activities of business coaches, the requirements of professional communities and coaching customers to the mandatory supervision, the role and competences of the supervisor. The empirical part of the work presents the results of a qualitative study of how supervision is perceived by practicing business coaches, who work with the requests of corporate clients in individual and group formats. Using the example of a description of a case of supervision from the practice of internal coaching and observations of the work of the supervision group of internal coaches, the process, content, and applied value of reflective practice in the work of a helping specialist are shown. In conclusion, an assessment of the importance of using supervision in a corporate context is given, the limitations and potential opportunities for the development of this method of forming a coach's professional identity are indicated. The result of this work may be of interest from an applied point of view for companies implementing internal coaching for managers and employees, and it will also be useful for practicing coaches in forming a focus for monitoring themselves and clients in a session and preparing for work with a supervisor.
