Administrative and Legal Status of a State Civil Servant

The relevance of the research of the final qualifying work lies in the fact that the public service is multilateral and has a special legal status. Public positions are formed in all branches of government, in their bodies and apparatus: legislative, executive and judicial, as well as at the federal level and at the level of the subjects of the Russian Federation. Public offices are appearing in all branches of government. There are governing bodies in this area, both at the federal level and at the level of the subjects of the Russian Federation. The purpose of this study is to analyze the administrative and legal status of a state civil servant of the Russian Federation. When writing the final qualifying work, the author used such methods as: formal-legal, system-structural, generalization, description, analysis, and others. The structure of the final qualifying work consists of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion and a list of references, an appendix.
