The research methods employed include conducting a strategic session, semi-structured interviews with the employees of the organization, as well as a subsequent in-depth analysis of the inventory using ABC-XYZ analyses. As a result, the economic benefits were calculated, indicating the feasibility of implementing changes for one of the priority inventory positions.
