Compulsory Licensing in the Pharmaceutical Industry

The main purpose of this article is to study the main aspects relating to compulsory licensing. The work analyzes the concept, conditions of issuance, features, positive and negative aspects of the compulsory license mechanism, as well as a study of the existing judicial practice in the field of granting a compulsory license and the ways of development of this mechanism.
