The work is devoted to the study of such corporate transactions as Major Deals in the legislation of Russia. Problems and contradictions have been identified on the basis of judicial practice. The work presents the opinions of leading experts in this field, as well as conclusions and recommendations aimed at improving the legal regulation of the institution of large transactions in accordance with Russian legislation.
