Additional Education as a Resource for the Development of Students of a Non-state University

The graduate qualification work "Additional education as a resource for the development of students of a non-state university" is a research, the purpose of which is to develop a model for the development of additional education of students in a non-state university. The work consists of three chapters. The first chapter, “Additional adult education in the field of additional adult education,” is devoted to a description of the state strategy in the field of additional adult education: the rationale for the main research is given, the main directions of state policy in the field of additional education in Russia, as well as in Germany and the USA are described. The second chapter, “Analysis of the state of educational services in the field of additional adult education in a non-state university,” is devoted to a description of the empirical part of the study on studying the requests of students and helping students combine basic and additional education. The third chapter "Development of the system of additional education in a non-state university" describes the model and prospects for the development of additional education of students in a non-state university. As a result, a model was developed and a roadmap for the development of students' additional education in a non-state university was described.

Student Theses at HSE must be completed in accordance with the University Rules and regulations specified by each educational programme.

The full text of a thesis can be published in open access on the HSE website only if the authoring student (copyright holder) agrees, or, if the thesis was written by a team of students, if all the co-authors (copyright holders) agree.
