Сurrently, launching your own startup is becoming a great way to try your own strengths and capabilities, as well as show your entrepreneurial abilities. In most cases, the development of a startup is undertaken by young people, with an age range from 20 to 30 years old, who are full of strength and energy and they are interested in developing their own business. This work is directly related to the topic of startups, as it provides for the creation of an engineering and technical studio for preschoolers. The paper presents a comprehensive business plan for a startup in the field of additional education for children of a technical orientation, which is the subject of the study. In turn, educational services in the field of pre-school technical education are an object for study. In addition to drawing up a plan for the preparation and implementation of a business idea, the practical results of launching a project in a real commercial market are also analyzed. The design and research nature of the work provided for the result in the form of an active entrepreneurial project capable of implementing an educational service in the engineering and technical field for preschool children, recognized by the client as a value. In the course of the work, the customer base was studied, the consumer request was identified and the educational service itself was provided with a clear indication of its key advantages for potential users. The volume of the master's thesis in the startup format is 94 pages, as well as 10 figures and 20 tables. The structure of the work consists of three chapters, the second of which is devoted to the description of the product development and launch process.
