The work consists of three chapters. In the first chapter the normative-legal bases regulating the main directions and measures of realization of the state policy in the field of scientific and technological development of the Russian Federation and scientific and technical creativity of children and youth are considered. The Quantorian educational model with elements of productive education is presented on the example of the activities of the children's technopark "Quantorium" in St. Petersburg. The second chapter presents empirical data collected among 342 students and 45 mentors of children's technoparks Quantorium in three cities and presents the results of content analysis of eight author's essays of third-year students at the children's technopark Quantorium in St. Petersburg. The third chapter describes the ideas of teachers of partner organizations of the Quantorium of educational institutions in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region about the Quantorianist educational model. The results of the content analysis of sixteen essays with ideas about the Quantorian educational model by competent experts are considered and a draft of recommendations on social interaction to introduce the Quantorian educational model into the practice of St. Petersburg schools is presented. The study of this topic is of current interest, since the Quantorian educational model offers a new approach to learning, focused on the development of the child's personality, his educational, scientific potential and abilities. The scientific novelty of the research work lies in a comprehensive content analysis of the available empirical data provided by the responses of 477 respondents of different ages and social status from three regions of our country.
