Difficulties and Barriers arising in the Course of Digital Communication Between the Management Team and Teachers Using the Example of Territorial Educational Complexes in Moscow

The study raises the problem of implementing managerial communication in the context of digitalization of education. An attempt has been made to systematize and reveal the main difficulties and barriers that arise in the course of digital communication between teachers and administration. The study was conducted in the context of the territorial educational complexes of the city of Moscow as the most involved in digital communication due to their territorial distribution. The results of the study made it possible to identify a set of digital tools used for the communication in question; identify specific difficulties and barriers impeding its effectiveness; determine the position of teachers and members of the management team regarding the impact of the factor of distribution of structural divisions of territorial educational complexes of the city of Moscow on the effectiveness of digital communication.
