The current work explores the development of a chatbot for storing and processing employees' personal data at an enterprise. The theoretical part presents an overview, analysis, and description of the chatbot development tools and personal data protection. In the practical part, the process of chatbot development, application deployment to the server, and testing of all its operating algorithms are described. The results are demonstrated in the form of screenshots. The work includes 31 figures, consists of 88 pages, and references 27 sources.
