Development of a Chatbot for Supporting Users of the Company's IT Infrastructure

The final qualification work is devoted to the development of the architecture of the chatbot for IT support and database design, as well as application development and testing. In this work, an analysis of the subject area, a study of the application creation process was carried out, requirements for a chatbot for IT support were formed and based on them, a list of functions that a chatbot should have was compiled. Next, the architecture of the chatbot for IT support was described and the database was designed. Based on the generated requirements and the designed database, a chatbot was developed and tested.
