1. «Higher and Secondary Vocational Pedagogical Education in Chuvash Republic in the Context of Industry Manpower Provision». The product is a research of higher and secondary vocational pedagogical education in Chuvash Republic in the context of industry manpower provision. The research is supported and commissioned by Chuvash Republic Ministry of Education. The research objective is to analyze the key problems of teacher training staff shortage in the education system of Republic and the gap between need and resources of this system. The research also contains the recommendations of how to ease the teaching staff shortage in the general education system. Review of strategic documents and analytical surveys proves that this kind of product for Republic has never been introduced and presented in the open information resources before. In case of being approved and implemented, the research results will lead to developing republican program of manpower provision in Chuvash Republic to overcome the gap between the need and resources of teacher training system of Chuvashia. Key words: regional teacher training system, manpower provision of education system, education system development. 2. «Income Stability through Exporting Education: Foreign Students in a Regional Russian University (Case of the I.Ya. Yakovlev Chuvash State Pedagogical University)». The case is a management/educational product supported and commissioned by the I.Ya. Yakovlev Chuvash State Pedagogical University. The objective of the case as a management product is to help the management team develop strategy of marketing and promoting educational programs internationally. The case has already been used as an educational product to help leaners apply management approach to situation analysis in organization and teach them to take well-grounded management decisions. The case has been successfully tested in HSE training process. The case contains depth interview with university management staff of different levels (vice-rectors, departments heads) as well as students. This approach gives full understanding of situation and processes taking place at the I.Ya. Yakovlev Chuvash State Pedagogical University. The case designers proposed their own solution which contains a roadmap of developing international cooperation, marketing and promoting educational programs internationally. The case helped the university management team take decisions which are being implemented at the moment. Key words: educational case, international university activity. 3. «Managing Master’s Degree Program Development in a Higher Educational Institution: Data Map and Analysis Model Design». Opening and implementing master's program are regulated by a number of official documents at the federal and ministry levels. The necessity to develop this product is caused by the absence of systematic approach to management of postgraduates programs as a necessary level of education at Russian universities. The product’s objective is to develop master's program data map and analysis model at university. The basic universities for testing the data map and obtained analysis model have become the Herzen University and the Yakovlev University. The research includes managerial tasks and decisions analysis of university master’s program management, development of managerial decisions map, data search and systematization in accordance with managerial tasks, assessment of data availability for researching and decision-making at different managerial levels. The main product results are: - data necessary for university master’s program management and development have been systematized and evaluated. - analysis model of master's program has been developed. This model helps assess the necessity of development changes and directions, propose management solutions based on the current situation and university characteristics.
