The research objective is to analyze the key problems of teacher training staff shortage in the education system of Chuvash Republic and the gap between need and resources of this system. The research also contains the recommendations of how to ease the teaching staff shortage in the general education system of Chuvash Republic. In case of being approved and implemented, the research results will lead to developing republican program of manpower provision in Chuvash Republic to overcome the gap between the need and resources of teacher training system of Chuvash Republic. Key words: regional teacher training system, manpower provision of education system, education system development in Chuvash Republic. The second product of the portfolio is a management/educational product supported and commissioned by the I.Ya. Yakovlev Chuvash State Pedagogical University. The objective of the case as a management product is to help the management team develop strategy of marketing and promoting educational programs internationally. However, the case has already been used as an educational product to help leaners apply management approach to situation analysis in organization and teach them to take well-grounded management decisions. The case has been successfully tested in HSE training process. The case contains depth interview with university management staff of different levels (vice-rectors, departments heads) as well as students. This approach gives full understanding of situation and processes taking place at the I.Ya. Yakovlev Chuvash State Pedagogical University. The case designers proposed their own solution which contains a roadmap of developing international cooperation, marketing and promoting educational programs internationally. The case helped the university management team take decisions which are being implemented at the moment. Key words: educational case, international university activity, I.Ya. Yakovlev Chuvash State Pedagogical University. The third product of the portfolio is a set of methodological and technological solutions that makes it possible to more effectively use the capabilities of modern information technologies to create individual educational trajectories in master's programs by individualizing the learning trajectory at the level of a specific discipline. In contrast to the current model of using e-learning and distance educational technologies, which comes down to organizing students’ access to a set of video or text educational materials and a certain set of tests, the proposed model assumes students’ access to an adaptive and interactive electronic learning environment, which will allow them to form a target profile of a master's student that meets the teacher's requirements without the direct participation of the teacher. The product was developed for the Moscow State University of Geodesy and Cartography (MIIGAiK). Elements of the developed product were applied at MIIGAiK during the implementation of two educational master's programs and ensured a significant reduction in the heterogeneity of students' initial preparation for studying the discipline. which inevitably arises when forming an individual educational trajectory. Key words: individualization of the learning path at the level of a specific discipline, e-learning.
