The master's thesis on the topic «Management of the motivation system for teachers' work in professional educational organizations (on the example of SBPEI Automotive Technical College of Zavolzhye)» consists of an introduction, two chapters, a conclusion, a list of references and appendices. The object of the study is the management system of teaching staff in a professional educational organization. The subject of the study is the forms and methods of organizing a system of motivation and stimulation for the professional activity of teaching staff of SBPEI Automotive Technical College of Zavolzhye". The purpose of the study is to study the process of motivation, analyze the main motivating factors affecting the professional activities of teaching staff, and develop recommendations for improving the motivation management system at the Automotive Technical College of Zavolzhye. Research methods: theoretical analysis of literature on the topic, document analysis, questionnaires, testing, sample survey, observation. The final qualification work is devoted to the problem of managing the system of motivation of teachers' work in professional educational organizations on the example of the State budgetary professional educational institution SBPEI Automotive Technical College of Zavolzhye. The paper analyzes existing approaches to teacher motivation and identifies the main factors affecting their work and effectiveness. A brief description of the educational organization is given. In the course of the study, the motives for the work of college teachers, the motivational sphere of personality were studied, they were compared with the current system of motivation for work. Recommendations for improving the effectiveness of the motivation management system are proposed, based on the data obtained from the teaching staff, modern theoretical approaches and practical tools. To achieve this goal, an analysis of existing methods and tools for managing the motivation system of teachers in a professional educational organization was carried out, interviews and surveys were conducted with teachers and the leadership of the SBPEI Automotive Technical College of Zavolzhye. The results of the study can be used by the management of educational organizations to improve the effectiveness of teachers by optimizing their motivation system. Summarizing the results of the study, the following conclusions are made: 1. Management activities to motivate the work behavior of teaching staff should focus not only on collective goals and needs, but also on specific individuals and situations, it is necessary to regularly monitor the needs of the team and employees of the organization, make adjustments using management approaches that are most appropriate to existing conditions. 2. The heads of professional educational organizations need to know the theoretical aspects of the needs, motives of activity, motivational mechanism of work for the proper organization of teachers' work. 3. Recommended for use in everyday life in management activities, methods and techniques of motivation and stimulation of teaching staff, used in a complex, can improve the effectiveness of the educational organization.
