The following research is about an improvement of a corporate culture in educational organizations. Corporate culture is an important part of an educational institutions image. This is an external and internal attribute, necessary for creation a positive image of the organization. A developed corporate culture provides the success and prosperity of the school, , increases the competitiveness and efficiency of its work, attracts new competent employees, and reduces the level of emotional burnout of teaching staff. In the course of the study, we will research the following basics of the corporate culture: classification and main characteristics of various types, main elements, tools for forming and maintaining the corporate culture of an educational organization. The practical part contains diagnostics of: - Structure of professional interactions and social capital, - The organizational culture of the educational institution, - Teachers' satisfaction with their participation and place in school society The result of the practical part was the program of corporate events aimed at developing and improving the corporate culture of MAOU “School No. 131”. In the practical part, diagnostics were made of the structure of professional interactions and social capital, the organizational culture of the organization, teachers’ satisfaction with life in the school community and their position in it; a program of corporate events has been developed to develop and improve the corporate culture of MAOU “School No. 131”. These developments can be used by management teams of other schools in cases of organizing similar activities.
