Title Security in Russian Civil Law

The author of the project explores the legal institution of title securities in the civil law system of the Russian Federation. The purpose of the study is to identify and study the main characteristics and features of title securities in the Russian legal order. The results of the study show that title securities have been recognized in the Russian Federation both in theory and in practice. However, they are not fully enshrined in legislation. This leads to gaps in their application that need to be filled.
