Examining the foreign policy structure of the world by the geography of the distribution of places of power today, it should be noted that the undisputed leaders today are the United States; in Europe - Germany, as it is considered by many scholars and researchers in this field, or as it is called now, "the locomotive of Europe"; the third growing force is Asia, more specifically China; the fourth - Russia; and the fifth - the Middle East. On the scale of the whole world, the U.S. takes first place in all positions: the first economy, the most dominant political influence, a huge stock of tools for conducting foreign policy relations (both soft and hard power), and so on. However, traditionally, over a number of centuries, Europe has still held a dominant position. In other words, it can be said that Europe itself gave birth to America, in fact being the alma mater of America. The alma mater of America is Europe, or, to be more precise, Great Britain. However, it is Germany that is, or rather, until recently was, the most influential state in Europe today. Similarly to the USA, Germany has been the strongest state in the sphere of economy and politics, and it also had the levers of increased influence on the overall conduct and formation of foreign policy decisions in the EU. Between 2019 and 2023, there has been a controversial rise in the strength of Germany's influence on environmental issues. This is the reason why Germany has been betting on America in recent years in an effort to strengthen its position as a dominant player in the arena of countries both in Europe and in the division of the world. Thus, it can be assumed that one of the outcomes could be a complete takeover of the German economy by America. In the immediate future, it is Germany and the United States that are the closest, or at least nominal allies, in the foreign policy arena. Therefore, it is all the more interesting to analyse the relations between the US and Germany. From this point of view, the relations between these countries are curious: what America is betting on in its relations with Germany, what plans it is making, what strategies it is building, and what it is declaring; the same is true of Germany - it is interesting to know what Germany's plan is and, in particular, how its strategy will develop under the green agenda. Keywords: USA, Germany, globalism, dominant position, green politics, division of the world, foreign policy order of the global, strategies.
