Creativity Criterion in Intellectual Property: a Concept Revision

Due to the massive use of Internet technologies, the process of creating intellectual property objects is changing. The endless stream of ideas and content inherent in a digital society makes us think about the value of an individual's creative contribution to the result of intellectual activity. Thus, these arguments suggest the need for research on how the legislator evaluates creative work in the conditions of digital reality and what signs of such work he highlights. This work is an attempt to structure an approach to the concept of creative work in the context of digitalization of society.
