A Legal Protection of a Part of a Creative Work

This research work is devoted to the study of legal protection of a part of a creative work. The concept and features of a part of a creative work as an object of copyright, conditions of its independent copyright protection, peculiarities of legal protection of annotation, title of a work, elements of software and other problematic issues are considered. In the course of the research doctrine and judicial practice are analyzed. According to the results, the ways of solving the identified problems are proposed, which would allow to ensure the most effective legal protection of a part of a creative work, taking into account the balance of interests of the participants of civil legal relations.
