The work is devoted to the inheritance of a share in the authorized capital of limited liability companies, in which various aspects of this area of legal regulation are explored, namely issues such as the legal nature of a share in the authorized capital of limited liability companies, as well as its place among the objects of civil rights; the moment of transfer of a share in the authorized capital to the heirs. Issues related to the trust management of inherited property are also raised. The relevance of the study is due to the fact that there is no consensus or approach on many of the issues raised in the work, and as a result of studying this topic, certain conclusions and proposals were made.
