The purpose of this master's thesis is to determine the place of media consulting in the structure of the Russian media sphere. The paper examines the essential features of media consulting and identifies the main aspects of activities in the field of media consulting. As part of the work, a research project was implemented, including a series of expert interviews and aimed at systematizing the experience of expert practitioners. The study examines opportunities for the development of future media consultants. The master's thesis proposes options for the development of media consulting in Russia; The business concept of media consulting is protected within media holding.
