In today's global academic landscape, universities strive to attract top researchers and students. Conducting a comparative analysis of university campus projects enables Russian educational institutions to gauge their performance against international benchmarks. This analysis aids in identifying effective strategies to enhance their competitiveness on a global level and identify strategies to improve their standing and meet the specific requirements of researchers. Understanding the strengths and weaknesses of university campus projects in Russia is crucial for educational institutions and policymakers in making strategic decisions. By comparing different projects, institutions can pinpoint areas for enhancement and allocate resources more effectively to attract and retain researchers. This master thesis comprises both theoretical and practical studies, involving interviews, content analysis of documents, and an examination of developed university campuses in Russia.
