The Pilot Episode of a Video Project in Infotainment Style About International Gastronomic Traditions "World Taste"

The final qualifying work focuses on the creation of a pilot edition of a program in the infotainment format about the gastronomic traditions of different countries around the world, titled «World taste». Within the concept, a presenter takes culinary trips to different cultures without leaving Moscow, aiming to expand the audience's cultural awareness, encourage gastronomic exploration, and inspire them to prepare national dishes from various countries. The novelty of this project lies in its unique combination of culinary and travel elements, as well as the involvement of experts from foreign cultures. The program incorporates both informational and entertaining aspects through the use of infotainment style, resulting in a 30-minute pilot episode dedicated to the culinary traditions of the Republic of Moldova.The theoretical note examines the phenomenon of multi-series and the main techniques of infotainment as a content style, as well as the features of cooking show formats. The project note includes a description of the media product concept, analysis of the target audience, work plan for each stage of production, implementation and distribution platforms, monetization strategies and costs, resources used, and the functionality of the team. The legal note analyzes the aspects of creating audiovisual works, including copyrights to content used, advertising integrations, usage of participant images, and placement of content on YouTube. The creative note describes all stages of project work, including pre-production, production, post-production, and promotion, as well as links to the final product.
