Creating an Interactive Vertical Video Web-Based Series

"TrudNoystroystvo" is a web series in a vertical format, which is dedicated to the young heroine Eva, who is seeking her first job in the media industry. The series is equipped with interactive mechanics, allowing viewers to track the actions of the heroine at the end of each episode. This series explores the path of an entry-level specialist in the media industry. "TrudNoystroystvo" will demonstrate the main stages of employment and its obstacles. The purpose of the project is to assist aspiring professionals feel less anxious during the process of seeking their initial occupation. After conducting an in-depth interview we identified the target audience of the series. Moreover, content analysis enabled us to analyse the competitive environment to identify existing projects in this area. Based on the data obtained, a complete project scenario has been written. After thorough analysis, it has been determined that this format is uncoventional for the Russian market and has prospects for development. Through careful preparation, production and post-production processes, “TrudNoystroystvo” aims to show the challenges faced by early-career professionals during the employment process. By incorporating engaging mechanics, the series elucidates strategies for navigating challenges through this process.
