This work examines the degree of influence CEO power has on financial performance of a company based on panel data on 36 Russian companies in the period from 2011-2019. To achieve the research goal, we use a fixed-effects model. The results of the study demonstrate the positive impact of CEO power on financial results in Russian companies, however, the degree of influence of the components of power depends on the metric used to determine performance.
