The Analysis of the Sovereign Wealth Funds Activity and Their Impact on Macroeconomic Conditions

Recently, the topic of sovereign wealth funds (SWFs) has attracted wide attention in both academic and political circles. This increased attention can be attributed to the growing number of SWFs and the increase in the volume of assets under their management. SWFs help the government mitigate the impact of various external and internal shocks, save and multiply assets to support social policy. This article examines and describes different approaches to assessing the impact of SWFs on the economy and macroeconomic conditions of the state.
