Digital Technologies in the Field of Justice

The modern world is changing rapidly, and the sphere of justice does not stand aside. The introduction of digital technologies into legal practice is becoming an increasingly pressing issue that requires attention and study. Despite the fact that the use of digital technologies in judicial activities has a positive effect on its efficiency and speed, there are also a number of problematic issues. The object of study of the final qualifying work is public relations in the field of application of digital technologies in the field of justice. The subject of the study is objective patterns of development of digital technologies used in judicial activities and their individual aspects. The purpose of the study is to analyze digital technologies in judicial activities to solve current problems in the area under study and determine the possibility of further legislative restructuring of the legal phenomenon under consideration. To achieve the goal, the following tasks must be solved: 1. define the concept and types of digital technologies in judicial activities and identify their significance; 2. analyze and outline the system of legal regulation of the use of digital technologies in the field of justice; 3. explore foreign experience in the use of digital technologies in judicial activities to identify the most successful practices in the use of these technologies; 4. identify legal, organizational and technical problems in the development of digital technologies in the field of justice; 5. determine the prospects for the development of digital technologies in the judicial activities of the Russian Federation, taking into account the identified problems. The work consists of two chapters, including five paragraphs, which is due to the logic of the presentation of the material. The first chapter pays attention to general issues of the use of digital technologies in the activities of courts, reveals the concept of the phenomenon under consideration, the system of legal regulation and foreign experience. The second chapter identifies pressing problems in the use of digital technologies in justice, and also suggests prospects for the development of the application of scientific and technological progress in judicial activities, taking into account proposals for resolving the identified problems.
