Music Video Production for Russian Artist

In the modern music industry, artists often share their works in various formats on social networks, and video content takes a special place among them. For performers audiovisual media products are one of the ways to showcase themselves and their art on different platforms, as well as to convey important thoughts. The relevance of this paper is related to several aspects: the specifics of the production of the final media product, its subject matter, as well as the requests and goals of the selected artist. The final media product is a music video for the song "There's No One Here But Us" by indie musician Kaspiy. In order to highlight his work and show the other side of love — obsession with a partner, the authors used storytelling techniques and visual metaphors to depict in the music video the obsession with love — bright and all-consuming, which leads to an overabundance of feelings and emotional devastation. The created music video is expected to draw attention to the artist's work and become an example of content that demonstrates destructive behaviour without romanticising it.
