Student: Gorkova Polina

Supervisor: Maxim Kornev

Faculty: Faculty of Creative Industries

Educational Programme: Media Communications (Bachelor)

Year of Graduation: 2024

In this work, we developed a project idea and analyzed the startup concept. The team consisted of two members, each with distinct functional roles. The core value proposition of the startup idea is to reduce the time and resources spent on searching and selecting clothing. We aim to expand the selection by promoting and supporting small Russian brands. The implementation format automates and accelerates the process, making it simple and convenient for users. Based on identified problems and needs, market and target audience analysis, and refining our value proposition, we have formulated a description of the final product. Our startup is a paid, themed shopping guide accessible via the Telegram bot "Chto_bot". Our shopping guides are themed collections of women's clothing from a database of Russian brands, organized into categories and subcategories within the Telegram bot for user convenience. Additionally, we have created a Telegram channel "Chto?", where we publish limited-quantity, interesting finds and relevant fashion news. The Telegram channel serves to attract new users, foster their loyalty, and provide updates on shopping guides. The startup targets a young audience. The minimum viable product (MVP) is a paid shopping guide in the format of a Telegram bot, "Chto-bot", featuring a themed collection of summer clothing from our curated database of Russian brands. The bot consists of 14 categories, each divided into subcategories, totaling 200-220 items. The second key component of the product is the Telegram channel "Chto?", where we announce new shopping guide releases, publish limited-edition clothing selections, and introduce readers to the latest fashion trends. The main achievement of our team is the fact of confirmed first sales. Our income minus the payment service commission is 8391.20 rubles
