Creating a Playful Short Film With a Paradoxical Transformation of the Protagonist

The thesis examines the process of creating an feature short film based on an original script about the search for value in life. The text describes the roles of the producer and director in the production of a low-budget film that examines how space and time affect the narrative and the path of the hero when they become the main given circumstances. The first chapter examines approaches to writing scripts that are interesting to viewers, the director's work with the team and the film language, as well as the basics of producing a low-budget picture. In the second chapter, the features of the final product and the pipeline of its creation are described. The third chapter covers the legal documentation accompanying film production, including neural network regulation. The final chapter is a creative note that contains a description of the originative and organizational decisions made during the full production cycle of the short film "Patches".
