Year of Graduation: 2024

While the mass migration of ethnic Armenians from Nagorno-Karabakh saw a considerable amount of media coverage, there is a lack of profound depictions of the personal experiences of the refugees in media. The aim of this project is to produce a documentary film portraying such stories and combining them into a cohesive unbiased narrative. The film contains multiple parallel storylines that are presented through interviews with the subjects and completed with archival pictures and footage. The overall goal of the film is to amplify refugees' personal narratives, provide detailed insight into the experiences of those affected by this tragic event, and raise public awareness of the situation.
