Formation of Social Media Audience Engagement Through Emotional Impact

The thesis is a study of user behavior on social networks in order to study and analyze methods of emotional impact on the audience of social networks. The following methods were used to conduct the research: content analysis, in-depth interview, Self-Assessment Manikin method and survey. The expected results of the study are to identify the relationship between the manifestations of emotions by users on social networks and to identify mechanisms of influence on their reaction in order to form interest in the published content. The thesis presents: introduction, theoretical part, practical part, conclusion, references and appendix.
