Supervisor:

Faculty: HSE Tikhonov Moscow Institute of Electronics and Mathematics (MIEM HSE)

Educational Programme: Information Security (Bachelor)

Final Grade: 8

Year of Graduation: 2024

Since 2018, MIEM has been implementing a projectbased learning model. Cabinet was created to simplify the work of the project office, professors and students. It has proven it’s efficiency and necessity for impementing a projectbased learning model. But after four years since it’s creation both the code base and it’s desing became obsolete. It’s user interface does not match the modern desing patterns. Obsolete code base makes it verty difficult to add new features and to fix errors. The goal of this project is to create a new version of Cabinet from scratch with detailed technical specification, approved with the project office and created according to feedback of the users of old Cabinet. New version will have user friendly interface, clean code base, and improved perfomance. Code quality of the project during the whole life of the project (even after the project is extended in the following years) will be controlled using linters and static analysers. The volume of the final qualifying work — 202 pages, the number of illustrations — 170, the number of tables — 9, the number of sources used — 63.
