Over the past decades, China has become a key player in Africa's economic and political development, acting as the continent's largest trading partner and investor. This process has had a significant impact on the development strategies of many African countries. While some analyze this influence as an opportunity for growth and modernization, others fear that it may lead to economic dependence and loss of sovereignty. This article answers the question: “What is the impact of China's growing cooperation with the African continent in the 21st century on the economic and political development of African countries?”. By analyzing major economic and political trends, as well as assessing strategies and initiatives undertaken by both China and African states, this study aims to understand the possible implications of these interactions for the future development of the region.
