Features of the Development of the Industry of the USSR in the 1960s - 1980s: Stagnation or Stability?

The thesis is devoted to the industrial development of the USSR in 1960-1980. The emphasis is on comparing the period of reforms by A.N. Kosygin with the period of “stagnation” that followed their collapse. Several industries are considered: oil, coal, metallurgy, engineering, chemical and construction.
