The final qualifying work on the topic «Analysis of the impact of the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic on the results of the banking sector in the context of the regions of the Russian Federation» is a study consisting of an introduction, the main part presented in three chapters, a conclusion, a list of sources used and appendices. This work is aimed at studying the effects of the Covid –19 pandemic on the performance of the banking sector in the context of Russian regions. The changes in consumer preferences and their impact on the transformation of banking products and services are analyzed. The study highlights the adaptation of credit institutions to new realities to meet changing consumer demand and maintain the competitiveness of banks.
