Legal Aspects of the Circulation of Medicines on the Territory of the Russian Federation and Other States Within the EAEU

The work is devoted to the study and analysis of legal regulation in the field of circulation of medicines on the territory of the Russian Federation and other states within the framework of the EAEU. In the course of the study, the signs of the concept of "medicine" were identified and compared, the peculiarities of regulating the legal relations under consideration at the supranational and national levels were established in order to identify conflicts and imperfections, the legal aspects of individual stages of the circulation of medicines, such as development, clinical research, expertise, registration and production, were disclosed. In addition, the specifics of licensing have been established and the specifics of the implementation of control and supervisory activities in the field of circulation of medicines on the territory of the Russian Federation and other states within the framework of the EAEU have been determined. As a result of the analysis, certain imperfections of the regulation were identified and recommendations for their elimination were developed.
