This work is dedicated to the study of factors that influence consumer behavior in relation to the disclosure of greenwashing and how effective companies' measures are to mitigate damage after the disclosure of unethical practices. The study is based on the answers of respondents, who choose their actions in hypothetical situations. Respondents can choose whether they will continue to purchase the company's products or not. If they refuse, they are given the option to select which measures the company can use to persuade them to remain a customer. The theoretical part of the study summarizes the results of various studies on the impact of currency trading on consumption, while the empirical part analyzes the survey results using regression methods.
