Russian culture is vast and multifaceted it is rich in its color, customs and traditions. Inspired by Russian aesthetics, many authors create works that can transport the viewer to the very distant past of our homeland or, on the contrary, show the immediate reality of the present. The main objective of the visual research is to understand what our homeland looks like in the eyes of the authors, to what extent this image is banal and clichéd. The problem statement is to analyse visual materials that directly or indirectly influence the image of Russia. The aim of the research is to analyse the clips in order to find certain points of contact between the authors' different visions of a certain image, and then to put them together to form a more complete picture. The study came to the following conclusion We will never escape the clichéd image of Russia and its attributes. The image of modern Russia in music videos is also based on certain stereotypes and creates its own special flavour.
