The travel market is a highly dynamic and rapidly evolving industry, both in Russia and globally. Due to changing external factors, such as user demands, there is an increasing number of companies offering innovative online travel services to provide customers with added value. The travel industry is also highly specialized, with each step of the customer journey potentially being handled by a different service provider, from logistics to arranging entertainment upon arrival. In this highly competitive environment, companies offering a comprehensive package that includes all aspects of a trip, from logistics to accommodation and activities, are becoming increasingly attractive to travelers. This paper presents a digital service ecosystem architecture model for a travel company and evaluates the effects of this transformation. The results of our work can be applied to a chosen company and serve as a reference for other similar cases of transforming an architectural design into a digital service ecosystem.
