The relevance of this study is due to the growth of international companies operating in different countries and the increasing cultural diversity of employees working in them. Research shows that cultural differences affect relationships within organizations, employee motivation and commitment, and the relationship between employees and supervisors. Cultural differences also affect perceptions of power and leadership. In multicultural organizations, acceptance of people from different cultures is a key factor for successful team functioning. Based on theoretical approaches, we conducted a study of the relationship of cultural dimensions with team relationships and attitudes towards the leader and the role of multiculturalism of the organization in this relationship. The study sample consisted of 108 employees from different companies, belonging to different cultures and occupying different positions. The main method of data collection was socio-psychological survey conducted in online form. Structural equation modelling and moderation analysis were used to test the hypotheses and answer the research question. As a result, we found that employees' collectivism orientation and tolerance of uncertainty contribute to positive evaluation of team relationships, especially those related to collaborative activities, and positive evaluation of the relationship with the supervisor. We also found that perceived cultural diversity in the organization and positive attitudes towards it act as a condition for the relationship between the level of masculinity and power distance and the evaluation of attitudes towards the supervisor.
