Coachability is a factor associated with success in academic and professional spheres. Knowing the level of coachability can provide information about the effectiveness of coaching for the client before the session begins, as well as help the coach to select tools and techniques for interaction in advance. Employees with high levels of coachability progress faster in their careers and are more prepared for managerial roles. It can be used in selection for leadership programs. Investors also look at the coachability level when selecting a project to invest in, this is because such an entrepreneur will be able to capitalize more on non-financial resources. The purpose of this study was to examine coachability and develop an instrument to measure this construct. As a result, a three-factor structure was identified.
