Organizational culture as a factor of employee attitude to the digital transformation of communication in the organization

This project aims to explore the role of organizational culture in shaping employee attitudes towards digital communication transformations in an organization. The study hypothesises that organizational culture influences how employees perceive and adapt to changes in digital communications. The project involvescollecting, analyzing and interpreting data to establish the relationship between organizational culture and attitudes towards digital transformation. The study used a questionnaire survey method (N=48). The results of the study showed that communication organizational culture has a significant relationship with the attitude of staff to the digital transformation of communication in an organization, and is also its predictor.
