Development of a Coaching Program to Accompany the Use of Digital Solutions

This work is dedicated to the development of a coaching program to support the implementation of digital solutions in a company specializing in the production of custom metal parts. The aim of the program is to assist employees in overcoming resistance to change, developing necessary skills, and increasing overall digital readiness for effective use of new technologies. The practical significance of the work lies in enhancing the efficiency of implementing digital solutions, developing employees' professional skills, improving customer service quality, and creating a conducive environment for innovation within the company. The results of the work indicate that the coaching program successfully addressed the set objectives and achieved its main goals. Based on the analysis and research conducted within this work, it can be concluded that coaching programs play a significant role in the successful implementation of digital solutions in organizations and in fostering digital business transformation.
