Development of Methodological Recommendations for Analytion Reports Creation Process for Fast Food Enterprises

To maintain the competitiveness of organizations, today's realities require modern solutions, and the catering sector is no exception. Data analytics through the use of open-source BI systems is still a new direction in approaches to working with data, and in Russia it is beginning to be actively studied, penetrated into the market and implemented in companies of different scales and industries, in connection with the task of import substitution. In this research, we will consider a network of fast food enterprises that are faced with the need to form an effective management and control system for financial and economic activities. The research describes the development process using the example of a company's human resource reporting project. In the final chapter, methodological guidelines for the formation of reports are formed, following which the developer is able to complete tasks faster.
