This final qualifying work is devoted to the creation of an environment for resource management of the Network Video Technologies workshop based on the open ERP CRM system Odoo. The purpose of the work is to analyze the work processes of the workshop and create tools to automate these processes using the software provided by the Odoo system. Following these goals, tools will be implemented to automate the following processes and resources associated with them: accounting and recruitment of workshop employees, maintaining workshop projects and products, tracking workshop performance using KPI metrics, creating landing pages (websites) and updating information on them. All tools will be implemented in the form of system-compatible modules written in the Python programming language. This will allow us to maintain the environment for future improvements and make it easier to recover if something breaks or needs to be migrated.
