The Role of Psychological Resilience in the Relationship between Creativity and Burnout in University Students

The study presents a theoretical study of the concepts of creativity, burnout, psychological resilience and their relationship, as well as an empirical study of the role of psychological resilience in the relationship between creativity and burnout. The sample consisted of university students. Correlation analysis revealed significant relationships between creativity and burnout, creativity and psychological resilience, and psychological resilience and burnout. The results of linear regression with moderator analysis confirmed the role of psychological resilience in the interaction between creativity and burnout. Prospects for further research on creativity, burnout and psychological resilience are suggested.
