In the modern corporate world, traditional material incentives are becoming less effective in maintaining sustainable employee motivation, necessitating the exploration of alternative methodologies. This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of feedback sessions as a means to enhance employee engagement in the IT company. The research hypothesizes that regular feedback sessions, developed according to a special program, positively impact employee engagement, characterized by energy, dedication, and absorption in work. The main hypothesis of the study is based on empirical data that confirms the significance of feedback and recognition in shaping employee engagement levels. Statistical analysis indicates that feedback and recognition account for a significant portion of the differences in engagement levels. The study also examines the role of work and personal resources, such as development opportunities, autonomy, and support from colleagues and supervisors, in increasing engagement levels. Integrating coaching practices into the structure of feedback sessions contributes to improved team engagement and work efficiency. Coaching-oriented approaches assist managers in communicating with employees, fostering their professional growth and development, ultimately enhancing overall job satisfaction and organizational effectiveness. The goal of the study is to assess the impact of specially developed feedback sessions on employee engagement metrics in the IT company. The research aims to understand how regular feedback can enhance employee engagement in their professional activities, which is a critical factor for achieving the company's business goals.
